In Sub Saharan Africa, the HIV/AIDS epidemic has orphaned more than 14 million children. In response, Watoto created ‘children’s villages’ placing eight children and one widow ‘mother’ in a home.

Today we have the opportunity to provide these widow mothers with something practical.

Together, we can provide optical consultations and eye-glasses for these mothers who care for over 2000 of Uganda’s most vulnerable.
