If you don't know about our world's water crisis, you can read about it HERE.
Awesome video hey?? I'm inspired.
Who do you think of when you remember stories of everyday people or groups that have seen a NEED and acted??
What I-HEART's trying to do here is to provide a platform for the unsung heroes of our world who saw a need and did something about it. It's pretty simple... And hopefully... when we read their stories... we all get inspired to do something too... Or maybe we will do more... because there is always more we can do.
So, send us info on who inspires you to: firstname.lastname@example.org Then we can all be inspired.
They might be big timers, they might be behind the scenes... but all their contributions matter.
I know I personally have an idea for something easy that students can do to raise money for wells... So I posted the idea on my I-HEART profile. Easy.
Re: Charity water
Such an awesome video! I cant imagine having to drink that brown polluted water.
It blows my mind to think that even in the 21st century, diarrhea is one of the biggest killers of children in the world - the primary reason being unsafe drinking water. I'm going to get behind the work of charity water because i know that every new well means lives saved.
