We haven't done it (yet) but we are trying to raise funds for the school. Local Kenyans are also fundraising trying to raise the $20K to complete the project.

This school has 150 students, 4 staff, one latrine and no water. The latrine is simply a hole in the ground with a mud wall and no door. the closest water supply is a 30 minute walk down a valley.
