I noticed how the cost of lunch was adding up whenever I bought something from a restaurant or my school cafeteria and how much money I was spending on food a week. Then I thought of the idea of having to beg for money just to buy food and how difficult it would be.

I started making brown bag lunches to take to school with me instead of buying lunch everyday. Then I gave the money I would have spent to one of the homeless people I saw or offered to buy them something to eat with it.

I used the groceries I already had at home which was pretty easy and a lot healthier. I try to do this as often as I can.
