What Really Matters?
LonelinessWherever there's a coffee cart - All Cities
Inspiration
If you’ve ever sat at a Gloria Jeans or a Starbucks and just watched people; observed how they interact with each other, watched the smiles, the laughter, listened to the conversations that are formed over the counter, witnessed the hurriedness in the morning as people rush off to work; you gather a lot of information about the cultural norms and faux par that are associated with the times and locations of your present reality.
Coffee shops often create moments for reflection and opportunities to meet with friends (old and new). They urge us to slow down, take a break, refresh ourselves, read the newspaper, surf the net, think for just one moment, and prepare for our next destination.
Life often has its fair share of coffee shops. The moments when we slow down, perhaps even stop, to reflect on what really matters. When we come to a crossroad in life (a place where big decisions matter or where we seek God for direction) we simply find ourselves at the foot of His cross. Perhaps the Cross is exactly where we were meant to find ourselves.
Ask yourself what really matters? It will probably boil down to this, to seek God, chase Jesus, and LOVE humanity. You’ll find yourself asking the question “How can I change the world I live in?”, “What can I do to make a difference?” Soon enough you’ll realize that it doesn’t matter what you do, what job or industry you find yourself, all that matters is sharing your faith and loving people.
So it doesn’t matter if you’re a student in a school or college, a television presenter, a magazine editor, an accountant, a doctor, a business manager, a music director, a church leader, a marketing guru, a well traveled backpacker, a sport fanatic, a radio host, or a retail consultant. That is your platform, your moment, your opportunity to make a difference and change the world.

Take someone to coffee + Pay for the coffee.
Everyone needs companionship. Perhaps we could be the one to make someone's day great.
